Construction Accounting Coordinator - Lincoln, CA (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay Rate: $25 - $31 per hour

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is seeking a Construction Accounting Coordinator for a growing company in Lincoln, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and room for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform job costing and ensure accurate allocation of project expenses
• Track Accounts Receivable (AR) and monitor revenue for multiple projects
• Assist with cost allocation and maintain accurate financial records
• Support project managers with billing, reporting, and documentation
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to ensure compliance and accuracy

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in construction accounting or project coordination
• Strong understanding of job costing and AR processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
